For a recent business trip to Luanda, I booked a car service for three days through Costa Phoebe - Rent Car. I opted for a driver service to include airport transfers and driver on standby for various meetings across the city. Excellent service from point of enquiry with Antonio. Quick to follow up, clear communication and booking. Our driver was very professional throughout, prompt, polite and communicative via WhatsApp. Car appeared brand new, well maintained and very clean. We had a slight delay on arrival and this wasn’t an issue. Would use again.

We rent the hilux for about two days.it is wonderful.the car is in good condition.the drivers are nice, and punctual and know road very well.what is more the company is a great company which try its best to sovle customer's need.last but not least,their price is affordable.if you need to rent a car,just contact them.you will love it.

I had a great experience with Costa Phoebee for a 2 week holiday that the company planned for me across Angola. The recommendations and advice was spot on and based on the advice i got from Costa Phoebe service manager we travelled from Luanda to Benguela, Lubango, Namibe, Lobito. The trip involved complete planning for reservations in beautiful locations/resorts, renting a SUV which was in excellent condition, tips for things to do in each location and also co-ordination with a tour guide in Namibe. I could not have planned the trip myself using google as most of the hotels/resorts are not easy to reach out to via internet. Costa Phoebee management was in constant touch with me during the entire trip and we also felt very safe as we had a trusted advisor in touch with us as needed. During the trip we got an experience to stay in a safari lodge, beautiful resort in Lubango, a pristine untouched beech location on the coast in Nambe and a hidden gem in the Lobito port peninsula. Thank you to Team Costa Phoebe for giving us this experience of a beautiful 2 week trip in which we drove almost 3000kms
