FAQ

What the admin team asks first

Do you invoice the company?
Yes. We invoice in the company name with the tax details you give us, and we can group a whole month into a single invoice instead of one document per trip.
Can we have a monthly contract instead of booking each time?
Yes, and it usually costs less. We set up a long-term contract with vehicles and drivers assigned to your company, a fixed monthly fee and a guaranteed replacement vehicle during servicing.
How many people can you move at once?
With our own fleet we move up to 16 people in a single vehicle, in the Toyota HiAce, or up to 7 in the minivan — and in convoys of several cars when the delegation is larger. Only for large coaches do we use partner operators, under the same contract and the same manager — and we say so upfront, not afterwards.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers are in-house, uniformed, identified and bilingual (Portuguese and English), which covers most of the international delegations we host in Luanda.
Do you work outside Luanda?
Yes: Benguela, Lubango, Namibe and projects on site or in the field. On those routes we recommend the right 4x4 and include the driver's travel and accommodation in the fixed price.
